HAPPY NEW YEAR! When the clock strikes midnight on December 31st, we’ll all (most likely) will begin to hear (and see on social media) people use the old phrase “new year, new me”. While New Year brings new memories and possibilities, it doesn’t necessarily mean we have to change everything about who we are. It’s not exactly a new you, but a better version of yourself, a “You 2.0”. I normally hear the usual “I’m going to start eating healthier,” line when you ask others their New Year’s resolution. That’s a great goal to have, but if you’re going to be a better version of yourself, there are a lot more important issues you need to focus on. It’s vital to start on things that are inside of us!   There’s always room for improvement, and you will never stop growing as a person. It’s easy to say, “Maybe next year,” but why not now? Why not be a better version of ourselves every day of our lives? Why should we wait until New Year to want to grow? You already know what you want to change about yourself, so make every day of the year the moment you actually do it. Make this day the moment you no longer need the excuse of the New Year to improve yourself. Many things happening in your life now, were once ideas that you dreamt about. Once we achieve a goal e.g. find ourselves in the job, in or maybe out of a relationship, get to the place we wanted, There is a brief sense of achievement before the next dream begins to show itself. Back pain, tight hips, knee pain from a physical perspective can be a sign that your skeleton is out of alignment Sometimes the pelvis contracts and twists your body. For many this can be an ongoing issue, for others it may be acute, a sudden reaction of the body. WHAT IF you consider the misalignment as a metaphor for your life? How might that change your perspective of the ache, or tightness or pain? You can then ask the question… What is Mis-aligned in my life? Or What am I aligning with that does not fit with the person I want to become? What direction am I moving in, that is NOT a good fit for me? What feels out of balance? What am I doing or who am I spending time with that doesn’t align with my true sense of who I am. Inside you know the answers to these questions. I’ve come to realise in recent months that the act of processing (or de-stressing, releasing tension, relaxing, unwinding, etc.) is very important as a busy woman and tired mum.  And particularly if you are a stressed mum. Doctors, counselors, research and experts tell us that the build-up of stress and responsibility and To-Do lists that never get fully crossed off can truly weigh us down. It’s not one day that makes your heart weary. And it’s not two piles of laundry that makes you want to have the whole house go around desnudo just to spare yourself the chore. “It's extremely rare to see two people in a relationship for the pure expansion of human consciousness, but when you do, the magnetic energy they emanate is nothing short of holy. Most people use relationships as coping mechanisms. They haven't grieved something from their past and instead of confronting their inner world they grasp outwards, sometimes clinging to whatever object their hands find. Anytime a relationship (or friendship) is used as a form of escapism, it slows down your path and eventually causes chaos in your field. Holy relationships, or friendships, emerge through radical self honesty. When two people are willing to not only open their hearts to one another, but to Source itself, their connection becomes a transmission for elevated consciousness to enter through. This creates a prism effect, where the light their fields emit spreads outwards into the collective. Gracious connection has the potential to unroot human consciousness from the medieval/dark ages of consciousness, bringing it closer to an age of divinity. Often, people go into relationships by way of hiding themselves, pretending to be that which they are not. This produces a subtle tension throughout the relationship that resorts in blame/shame tactics which turn a once romantic connection into a battle with the "enemy". One of my all time favs Geranium, the oil of Love & Trust 🙌🏻 According to the Emotions & Essential Oils, the negative emotions Geranium oil helps to release are as follows: Abandonment, loss, distrusting, unforgiving, unloving, disheartened, heavyhearted, and grief. The positive properties we can incorporate are the following: Emotional healing, trusting, forgiving, gentle, loving, tolerant, and openness. Sometimes in an energy healing session, when I muscle test up for Geranium, I like to do Childhood Regression Technique for people. Something in the past needs to be resolved, so that they love and accept themselves and feel safe again. It teaches us to love others and serve without attachment to any outcome. This is a great oil to balance the heart chakra. Self-Love and Self-Acceptance Blend: Mix 4 drops Frankincense, 4 drops Geranium, 2 drops Lavender, 3 drops Patchouli, 2 drops Roman Chamomile, and 2 drops Ylang Ylang. It’s a demonstration that you’re taking the work seriously, that you have things you wish to work on, and an acknowledgment that you are up for doing the work within your control. [Balance] This oil is such an important part of my daily life, you know there is always that one oil that gives you all the right feels. I literally passed it to a friend today that was needing some extra support, to get through one big emotion. Balance is a supportive essential oil particularly for helping calm & ground our emotions bringing our feelings back down to earth. It’s powerful blend of Frankincense, Spruce, Ho Wood, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile an Osmanthus, helps my mind and body immediately relax, my breaths have settled, I am at peace. Here are some ways why I love using it, Beginning my day with a few drops in the palm of my hands cupping around my nose & mouth, taking three deep breaths in and out. Massage onto the bottoms of the feet each morning. Esspecially on the kiddies before pre-school drop off to ease the good-bye separation transition. Create a roller bottle to reduce anxious feelings & roll as needed apply on pulse points, over the heart & wrists. Balance is also protective of EMF exposure so I will always apply this down the spine and on the soles of my feet before bed. I have made up a separate roller for each of the kids that stays by their bed which contains Balance and DDR Prime. Love adding a drop into the car diffuse on the way to school pick up’s or when out in the afternoon to bring a sense of calmness after a busy day. I will most often than not have Balance along with Wild Orange and Lavender peace diffusing in the afternoons/evenings to create the perfect calming atmosphere for the family. Use during a massage for all the calming & relaxing benefits I will never get tired of this oil & I am grateful I have found an oil, that can have such a positive impact on my mental health. It’s says it’s safe! 🤦🏼‍♀️ How wrong was I! ⚠️🤢 What was I putting on my little girl? ⚠️ petrolatum - derived from refining crude oil. Possible carcinogen, causes mild irritation, redness and itchiness! ⚠️ thymol - is used as a pesticide! ⚠️ turpentine oil - is an ingredient in paint thinners!! ☠️ When used on the skin, it can cause skin irritation. After an energetic healing you can experience a rebalancing process. During this process, you may feel tired; have more energy; experience unpleasant physical sensations; feel angry, flat, anxious, or sad Although it doesn’t feel like it at the time, what you’re experiencing is beneficial. You may become more aware of your emotions due to the challenges that you’ve experienced in the past or that you’re experiencing at present.  The Energetic Healing rebalances you on all levels, so these mental and emotional states come to your awareness to be managed and then gently released. The emotions or physical sensations that come to the surface during and after your healing are actually experiences to be grateful for. Once you’re aware of them and implement the strategies discussed to support you through this phase, you generally experience improved health, mental clarity, peace, and joy. I often use the analogy of spring cleaning your home. Dust rises to the surface, you throw old items away, perhaps purchase new things, notice cracks and move furniture around. Once the spring clean is complete your home is clear, balanced, light and fresh. The “spring clean” is often more challenging in the beginning. As you receive extra healings physical, mental, and emotional balance is restored.  The more you receive energetic healings the more you regain balance on all levels.
